Can I pick up a bottle for someone else? 

Yes! If you are planning to have someone else pick up your bottle, please include their name in the notes section of your order.  Upon pickup, please ensure they have your name and order number to help expedite the pick up process.

I’m having trouble logging in. 

First ensure you have the correct email for your whiskey club account? Often, we have customers using their work or personal email when their club account is through one or the other? You can also try resetting your password? Please note, if this will be your first Whiskey Club purchase, you will need to create an account. New Riff Whiskey Club accounts are free, no obligation and can be canceled at any time.

I can't schedule a pickup date?

Due to the volume of sales our webstore may need a few moments to catch up to book your pickup date. Don't worry, if you have an order confirmation you are all set and will receive an email or text with a link to schedule within a few hours. You will need an appointment to pick up your bottle.

Can I buy more when I come in to pick up my order? 

Yes! You can purchase additional bottles of our other spirits when you come in to pick up your order. There is a limit of 4 bottles per person and Kentucky state law limits sales to 12 bottles per day.
