We are excited to announce the Fall 2024 New Riff Whiskey Club release. We anticipate this release will sell out quickly and understand that not everyone will get the chance to purchase their own bottle. You can visit The Aquifer Tasting Room for the chance to sample this spirit and all of our other Whiskey Club releases.

Whiskey Club Reminders and FAQ

  • All sales are limited to 1 (ONE)  bottle per person. Duplicate purchases by a single NRWC account will be canceled and refunded.
  • Bottles may be picked up via appointment only. Pickup slots are first come first serve and are available Tuesday - Sunday, beginning October 26.
  • You will have 60 days from your purchase date to pick up in the shop, or your purchase will be automatically forfeited and refunded.
  • Whiskey Club purchases cannot be shipped and must be picked up at the Distillery.

Can I pick up a bottle for someone else? 

Yes! If you are planning to have someone else pick up your bottle, please include their name in the notes section of your order.  Upon pickup, please ensure they have your name and order number to help expedite the pick up process.

I’m having trouble logging in. 

First ensure you have the correct email for your New Riff Whiskey Club account. Often, we have customers using their work or personal email when their club account is through one or the other. You can also try resetting your password. Please note, if this will be your first New Riff Whiskey Club purchase, you will need to create an account. New Riff Whiskey Club accounts are free, there is no obligation to purchase and can be canceled at any time.

I can't schedule a pickup date?

Due to the volume of sales our webstore may need a few moments to catch up to book your pickup date. Don't worry, if you have an order confirmation you are all set and will receive an email or text with a link to schedule within a few hours. You will need an appointment to pick up your bottle.

I was not able to purchase, but saw someone online with more than one bottle. 

We're sorry you missed out on this release. We do everything in our power to ensure bottle sales are limited to one bottle per purchase. Oftentimes customers will pick up bottles for family and friends and appear to have more than one.  You can also visit The Aquifer Tasting Room for the chance to sample this spirit and all of our other New Riff Whiskey Club releases.

Can I buy more when I come in to pick up my order? 

Yes! You can purchase additional bottles of our other spirits when you come in to pick up your order. Kentucky state law limits sales to 12 bottles per day. 

A note on our whiskey club checkout during a release -- what can happen when a whiskey sells out.

We have been overwhelmed by the support and enthusiasm you, our dear New Riff Whiskey Club members, have shown for our limited and rarer products. Thank you for all of your support! 

Each year, we tweak and improve our system, often responding to direct feedback from you! One item we have heard is confusion around having an item in your cart that seems to "disappear" before you can complete checkout. When this happens, there are more customers with bottles in their shopping cart than actual inventory. Thus, when the bottle sells out, many of you feel you have lost the bottle. After much conversation and deliberation with our tech partners, we still feel the current system offers the best opportunity for first come first serve sales and means this phenomenon may still continue.

We hope you can understand if this happens that it is simply the outcome of a higher demand than supply. The good news is, with your support and interest our production has increased year over year and we will continue to have more and more products available.
